If your question is not here, call 07450 418300 or send a WhatsApp message to 07412 757620.
Are your roof inspections really free?
Yes. We inspect the roof, show you photos of what we find and give you a clear written quote, with no obligation.
How do I get a quote?
Call 07450 418300, send photos by WhatsApp to 07412 757620 (messages only), email us or use the enquiry form on our contact page.
Do you offer emergency roof repairs?
Yes. If water is coming in, call 07450 418300 at any time. We make the roof safe and watertight first, then arrange a permanent repair.
Are you insured?
Yes. Every job is covered by £10M public liability insurance.
Are your roofers qualified?
Our roofers are NVQ-qualified and CSCS-certified.
Do I need to be at home while you work?
Not always. For most outside work we only need access to the roof. We will agree the details with you before we start.
Will you tell me if I do not need a new roof?
Yes. We only recommend a new roof when repairs no longer make sense.
Do you work on flat roofs, chimneys and gutters as well?
Yes. We cover pitched and flat roofs, chimneys and leadwork, and roofline and guttering.
Do you need scaffolding for every job?
No. Small repairs can often be done safely from a ladder or tower. Larger jobs and re-roofs need scaffolding, which we arrange.
Can you help with an insurance claim?
We can provide photos and a written report of storm damage for your insurer.
Do you remove the waste?
Yes. We clear up every day and take away all waste when the job is finished.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm for enquiries, with 24/7 emergency call-outs.
Do you cover both Rushden and Higham Ferrers?
Yes. This page covers both towns and the NN10 area, plus nearby villages including Wymington, Irchester, Wollaston, Podington, Chelveston, Raunds and Irthlingborough.
My terraced house in Rushden shares a chimney with next door. Can you still repair it?
Yes. Shared chimney stacks are very common in Rushden's terraces. We will explain what needs doing and, where the work affects both sides, it is worth speaking to your neighbour so the stack can be repaired in one go.
Do I need consent for roof work in Higham Ferrers town centre?
The historic core of Higham Ferrers includes listed buildings and a conservation area. Like-for-like repairs are often fine, but changes may need consent from North Northamptonshire Council. We will flag this before work starts.
Do you repair flat roofs and dormers?
Yes. We repair and replace flat roofs in EPDM rubber, GRP fibreglass and felt, including dormers, extensions and garages.
Are roof inspections free?
Yes. We inspect, photograph and explain what we find with no obligation.
Are you insured and qualified?
Yes. RooFix-Solutions Ltd carries £10 million public liability insurance, and our roofers are NVQ qualified and CSCS certified.
